A good Winter Dress is hard to find…

Buffalo Plaid Dress, Winter Dress, Flannel Dress, 3 Ways to wear it

When shopping, I prefer to shop for other people but when I must for my self, the only items I buy are ones that are always soft. You will never catch me in raw denim, wool (unless it’s a coat), or canvas(too stiff) no thank you. Only the softest, coziest materials for me thank you! I am always on the hunt for a winter dress. One that I can style, will keep me warm, and of course is cute!

Obviously, because it is SO SOFT, I am a BIG fan of flannel. Also a big fan of dresses. When it comes to plaid – buffalo plaid holds my heart. So this dress was winning from the beginning. Other reasons I love this dress are: the subtle flare sleeve and the back has a surprise opening that ties which makes it an unexpected twist.Tie Back Dress, Plaid Dress, Soft Dress, Red and Black Dress, Red Dress

Here it is styled 3 different ways: ALL IMAGES BELOW ARE SHOPPABLE

Comfy playdate/errands look – I threw over a cotton popcorn sweater, a long necklace, and added slip on tennies.

Date Night look – With knee-high boots and a motorcycle jacket, the look of the dress is elevated. Plus I added a long fringe gunmetal necklace, keeping my accessories in the same color family.

Church/office look – I added tights and a small block heel mary jane.

Style Tip of the day: When you are shopping for yourself, look for items that you can imagine wearing different ways! Those are the best purchases!
